M105, NGC 3384 and 3389

M105 and its companion, NGC 3384, are two galaxies that are roughly 30-35 million light years from earth.   NGC 3389, the smaller of the three, is at a much greater distance.  They can be found in the constellation of Leo in the same region as the messier objects M95 and M96.

This photograph was taken using a Modified Canon T3i set at ISO 800 and a six-inch F-5 reflector.  The resultant image is a stack of six five-minute exposures:
