M78 - the "other" Orion nebula

M78 is an interesting reflection nebula found north of Orion's belt.   For Messier hunters, it is often considered the "other" nebula in Orion.  Its minute size makes it dimunitive compared to the great nebula but it is still is considered a prime target for astrophotographers.
