Exposure time: A stack of 16 five-minute exposures at ISO 800.

Magnitude: 10.4

Angular size: 10.7' X 4.4'

This galaxy is large with a bluish tint to it. It is an intermediate spiral galaxy that is near edge-on. It has a blue variable star that undergoes frequent supernova-like outbursts. Many of these are around magnitude 16-17 and are not that spectacular.
