NGC 5907 is a large edge-on galaxy found in Draco. The galaxy is unique in that it contains mostly dwarf stars. There is a faint stellar stream ring structure that surrounds the galaxy but I did not capture in this image. This featuer is a challenge for amateur astronomers.
