Angular size: 35' X 20' This object is a large emission nebula that looks like a paw print. It is a showpiece that, due to its low declination, is difficult to be imaged from northern latitudes (it barely clears the tree line at my NH site at 43 degrees latitude). It is best imaged from latitudes below 35 degrees.
