Magnitude: 8.2 Angular size: 11.2' X 9.1' M94 is a spiral galaxy that is unusual in that it looks more like a core without any spiral arms. The spiral arms are there but are in the center. The galaxy is surrounded by a faint halo that is composed of two ring structures.
M94 shot with an 8-inch F5 reflector and ZWO ASI 585 MC camera. The outer halo is faintly visible while details in the galaxy are visible.
